✅ Our Rental Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change — life happens! Our goal is to be fair and flexible while making sure our equipment is available for everyone who needs it.
🌟 If You Booked Online, by Phone, or via Direct Marketing
You can cancel within 5 business days of your booking at no cost, as long as the equipment hasn’t been collected or delivered yet.
🚫 Cancelling Your Booking
If you need to cancel, here’s how it works:

| More than 72 hours before your rental starts | Full refund minus a small admin fee (up to 10%) |
| 24 – 72 hours before | Up to 50% cancellation fee |
| Less than 24 hours / No-show | Up to 100% of rental may be charged |
We always try to re-rent equipment. If we can, we reduce or remove cancellation fees. We believe in being fair.
🔁 Need to Change Your Dates?
No problem! If the equipment is available, we’ll happily move your booking.
If not, the normal cancellation rules apply.
🎛️ Once Equipment Is Collected or Delivered
We can’t cancel rentals after collection or delivery — the full rental period applies.
💸 Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
🧾 Deposits
If a security deposit applies, it will be refunded after the equipment is returned in good condition.
🌧️ Unexpected Events (Force Majeure)
If something beyond anyone’s control happens — like severe weather or unexpected restrictions — we’ll work with you to postpone or arrange a fair solution.
